Express Delivery
Where available, the Express service will ensure you receive the goods between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 5pm Saturday, providing you place the order before 2pm. Orders will be received within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next available working day.
Standard Delivery
Tracking is available on Standard UK and international orders and a signature may be required on receipt. If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 21 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you.
